First, I am very patience; I use a lot of creativity, and consistency. I assess each child s individual needs and strengths. Then I can build up strategies that will help each student with focus, stay on task, and learn to their full capabilities. Make lesson plans where all the activities are age appropriate and carefully chosen to meet the needs of each child. I provide good positive guidance to the children by listening to their needs and redirect them when they need to avoid any negative behavioral problems. I promote children to try new things, function as a part of a group, and experiences success in a diversity of situations.
