About Jerry Brian

Hello! I am J Special Education Teachers Assistant for Elementary School students. I assist students with Autism from Kinder through 3rd Grade. I help my students learn to communicate their needs and wants with healthy behaviors. I guide my kids throughout their schools days, and try to help them with healthy transitions to their next activities. Working with these children has got to be the most rewarding work I have ever done. I'd describe my personality as open-minded, caring, non-judgmental and understanding. I love working with kids because it's the best and most rewarding feeling seeing a child grow. It's the best feeling to help them learn and grow their knowledge, as well as being a part of helping them learn everyday skills. In my spare time, I am a huge plant parent! I love to spend my time caring and nurturing my plants and garden. One thing you should know about me is I am very understanding and take constructive criticism very well.
