I am a career nanny who loves children and has a special place in my heart for special needs. My experience with special needs care started with the buddy program in high school. I later went on to nanny several children on the spectrum and those with cognitive and speech delays. I do have one year of experience working as a special education aide in the classroom for an autism program. I believe my expert patience level from working with young children translates well to give each child or individual the care they deserve with empathy and kindness. I have been working with children for over 12 years. I have just one semester left for my BS in Elementary Education with a Special Education emphasis.
