About Jericha

Jericha came to NY in December 2019, before we all knew what was coming. We hired Jericha as a child taker for our two sons who were 8 and 6 y/o at the time. Our oldest son has ADHD/ASD and needs re-direction, lots of patience and guidance with his homework. Once schools switched to virtual learning, Jericha worked for us from 8 am to 6 pm and became the boys’ teacher/tutor. She was home-schooled herself while growing up in OH, so tutoring our boys during virtual learning was something that came natural to her. Our living room became her classroom! Marker boards, reminders/alarms, and post-it notes became a must-have! Jericha’s patience and above all her ability to tailor the learning for each one of our sons, became crucial to their academic success. All projects, homework, and assignments were completed timely and the boys were learning. I cannot imagine what we would have done if we didn’t have Jericha for those 2.5 years! I feel very fortunate to have Jericha become part of our family :)
