All of my special needs experience has come with children on the autism spectrum. Growing up I babysat for a family friend whose son was on the spectrum. My sister also has a son, who I have babysat, that is also on the spectrum. I believe that there is still much to be done to better understand autism. I believe we can find better ways to help those with autism.
