Crystal babysat for two families in the same neighborhood when the nannies we had left unexpectedly. She was a quick learner. She was very interactive and warm and affectionate with our 15 mth old and 8 mth old babies. She followed our directions well for the girls' feeding and nap times. They seemed to really like her.
