Since I have many years of experience being a nanny, I have chosen to start working with families for overnight care for when mom and dad want to go on a trip with or without their children. I've gone on trips with the last family I have n go on a couples trip nannied for as well as staying home to watch the babies while mom and dad I am available to you and your family for vacations. Crystal babysat for two families in the same neighborhood when the nannies we had left unexpectedly. She was a quick learner. She was very interactive and warm and affectionate with our 15 mth old and 8 mth old babies. She followed our directions well for the girls' feeding and nap times. They seemed to really like her.
