Hello, I'm a non-smoking mother, photographer, and former Montessori teacher with a clean driving record and reliable transportation. While I have experience as a caregiver, my degrees were in studio art and environmental science. In addition to Montessori, I led horticulture workshops in an urban kids garden and taught grad students how to grow veg. at a world heritage site/architecture school in WI. I'm CPR certified, abide by a gentle-but-firm parenting style, and value project-based learning with ample time outdoors. I love to travel, cook, and have cared for animals my entire life, mainly dogs and cats. Jen is the most loving and caring person I know. Her empathy and compassion for human beings fuel such beautiful, deep connections with people in all life stages and abilities. She gets to know people on a "whole person" level and goes above and beyond with her care and connections. Jen values each person's perspective and voice - no matter if it is the voice of a 4 month old child or a 94 year old. She will spend hours thinking through plans to make an elderly dog's life more meaningful, and then make those things happen. She makes each and every living being feel special and heard. I would recommend Jen for exceptional, thorough and honest care of my pet, children, or parents. You want this lady caring for your loved ones!! :)
