Jen is absolutely terrific I could not of asked for a better person she is extremely professional polite conscientious and considerate. Her approach is kind and considerate. Jennifer is smart and knows exactly what to do how to do it. She was able to get my 94 year old father( who does not approve of anyone's help ) to actually appreciate and acknowledge her great work. No questions five stars !!!
