We had the pleasure of Jenny as a full time nanny for our daughter's baby and toddler years until we made the tough decision to move away from NYC. She was flexible and supportive of our schedule, often stepping in with little notice to cover unexpected engagements. Jenny has consistently been professional, prompt and communicative, & is a pleasure to be around. She formed a special relationship with our daughter, who has grown to adore and trust her. Our daughter has been comfortable with Jenny through teething, illnesses, late nights and sleep trouble. She was proactive with housekeeping duties and kept all baby gear organized and in good condition. She leveraged her connections with other local carers to suggest activities to suit our daughter and constructed a weekly schedule with a good balance of social interaction and developmentally appropriate learning opportunities. We highly highly recommend Jenny for any family, and would happily rehire her if we ever came back to NYC
