Hello! A little about me: My name is Jenny, I'm 23, My parents are Colombian immigrants and I'm a first generation college student with a background in Environmental Studies. I absolutely love anything to do with nature, so I adore taking older kids to the science center. I also love art, anything from writing to painting to sculpting. I'm bilingual, English and Spanish, and looking to learn Portuguese, as well as baby sign. I've been doing childcare on and off since I was 16, but taking seriously as a job since I was 20. I'm currently working full time as a daycare teacher in Windermere. I'm looking to start something new and long term around the New Year (I can be flexible!). I have come to really enjoy the stability of the contract I have now, so while I am more than willing to negotiate I do request some sort of contract. And for the sake of transparency I'll be getting married in Nov' 25 and going back to school so I'd like to go down to part time at point.

Jenny has been with our family for occasional childcare needs for our three kids over the last several months. She is punctual, reliable, kind, patient, and wonderful with our kids. The kids are always excited to see her and I have always felt comfortable with her in our home and confident our kids were safe. Our kids are 2,4 and 10 and she has bonded with each one individually. She has been available on short notice on a number of occasions to help us out. We are so appreciative of Jenny and all she has done for our family. I recommend her without any reservation!
