Jen is so reliable, flexible and kind. My large and very old dog loves her. We love her. She has makes caring for our old girl easier while we work. She gives us piece of mind knowing she is there to help. She sends us texts letting us know how things are going everyday. She has cleaned up accidents and has changed bandages on wounds.
