We were fortunate to work with Jenni during our stay in Palm Springs, where she provided exceptional care for my mother-in-law. Jenni was not only professional, compassionate, and kind, but she also demonstrated a remarkable ability to quickly assess what was needed and respond thoughtfully and respectfully to meet those needs. Her support included assisting with showering and other activities of daily living, and she approached every task with genuine care and sensitivity. Jenni was completely reliable, an excellent communicator, and her great sense of humor added a bright and uplifting energy to our home. She connected wonderfully with my three kids as well, putting everyone at ease right away. Although we only worked with Jenni for a short time, I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her skills and demeanor make her an exceptional caregiver, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again for any caregiving position.
