About Jennifer

I am a creative, fun and mature caregiver. I am reliable, experienced and perhaps most importantly, have good judgment. I do have a car and am comfortable with pets. My skills and strengths include being able to spot potential situations before they become emergencies. I also have the proven ability to handle emergency situations in a calm and efficient, yet caring manner. My background in child care began when I was a teenager and I did babysitting for people at church. I maintained relationships with these families and was their regular sitter for years. I did many different types of sitting engagements: regular gigs for 2-3 hours to week long assignments. I have given care to newborns - teens, although my most extensive (and recent) "newborn experience" was with my nephew and oldest niece. From 1985-1994, I became a home health aide.
