I have 15 years experience working at Heritage Christian Services. Most of my roles have been in direct support but most recently worked as a Customized Support Coordinator and managed 6 homes for individuals living in the community. I also worked as a medical liaison early on in my career and have a decent amount of knowledge with healthcare needs. I am currently working with individuals who self direct their own budgets and support them with a variety of tasks and activities. I pride myself on ensuring I am supporting someone the way I would expect my loved one to be treated. I have supported individuals from age 20-90. I have minimal experience working alongside children/teens but I am more than happy to have the opportunity to do so, if called for adolescent care. I am currently CPR/First Aid certified- If there are certifications that would be beneficial or necessary for my employment I would be happy to do so and maintain compliance.
