My mother and father are seniors. My father has dementia and my mother has cognitive deficits. I used to manage their medicine for them and did very well with it. They both take several pills daily. I currently handle their finances as my mother was no longer able to do it. I go to their appointments with them and assist them regularly as needed. So, that is my experience. If you need someone to assist with light housekeeping, making meals, helping with medication, running errands, and shopping, I can assist with those things. However, I cannot assist with personal care and I am unable to lift over 25 lbs. I work M-F 8-5 so I am only available a few nights a week and on the weekends. I am looking for a long term position that can supplement my income.
