About Jennifer

I've always known I wanted to work with children. I've been babysitting since I was 13 and loved every minute of it! I'm a friendly and approachable caregiver with a passion for fostering children's growth. I'm also patient and calm, which helps me to create a nurturing environment for the children in my care. I have 40 years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and communicating with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise. I follow the parents' preferred communication method, whether it's verbal communication at pickup or through another method. I'm always looking for new ways to keep the children in my care engaged and entertained. I love playing outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I also enjoy taking the children on outings to the park, the zoo, or the library.
