About Jennifer

I've been teaching children to read for 20 years. I have a Masters Degree in Elementary Education and Dual Language. I am certified in ESOL and experienced with teaching children English. I was one of the top 5 teachers of the year last year in Forsyth County. I am looking for positions after my school days are over. I'd describe my personality as enthusiastic, optimistic, and eager. I like tutoring because, like teaching, it's such a reward to watch children achieve their goals, build their confidence, and discover a love of learning. My skills include phonics and reading instruction, strategies towards learning a new language and writing.
