About Jennifer

Hi! I am a 17 year, certified fitness trainer, specializing in senior health and wellness with 10 years as a caregiver. However, I do work with all ages and all majority of special needs. I have worked with Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, stroke, aphasia, dementia, as well as many types of physical limitations and post therapy. I've instructed exercise for community centers while traveling to independent client's home to work one on one for their special goals and needs. My career has included knowledge of the body and mind. Including 17 years of continuing education in not only fitness, but many other aspects, such as physical limitations, mental and emotional health from life changes, common medicines, and how they affect the body, as well as, their purpose and many more. My caregiving role has included, feeding, dressing, bathing, companionship, meal, prepping, administering medication, doctor appointments, housekeeping, errands, morning shifts, evening shifts, and overnight shifts.
