memory care facility. I planned and led activities with around 15 to 20 residents at a time. I work to ensure activities are accessible to all residents, for those in early, middle, and late stage Alzheimer s, adjusting activities according to resident s needs and desires. Our activities included yoga, dance, bingo, religious services, and educational activities. I am accustomed to working in a high stress environment, helping residents going through sundowning, confusion, and depression. I ensured that residents and their families feel comfortable and reassured through compassion, paying attention to needs, preferences, and triggers for memories that may upset them. I ensured each resident s needs are fulfilled with little supervision.
