About Jennifer

Hi there! My name is Jenn and I am a bilingual Spanish-speaking student in search of a loving family looking for a break from the hustle and bustle that is parenthood. Ever since I was a child, I've been incredibly intrigued by the beautiful innocence that is held by a growing individual; 20 years later and I am in school to become an elementary school teacher and am loving every step of the way. This passion has led me to work directly with a wide range of students in a professional setting as an ELA interventionist with KIPP Houston. My duties there included: building interpersonal connections with my kids, providing individualized lesson plans to cater to the student's instructional needs, addressing and redirecting behaviors, and maintaining close communication with parents to further assist with any questions or concerns, etc. My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children to thrive in their daily endeavors.
