About Jennifer

I began my career working with pets as a veterinary technician for 4 years. It was then I began to pet sit for our clients pets! I am very comfortable with administering medication, insulin injections, and am prepared as well to handle, heaven forbid, any emergency situations as well as the knowledge when a pet needs to see a vet. After working as a technician I decided to pursue an interest in high end pet grooming at a prestigious school in Chicago. I have been grooming now 10 + yrs and continued to pet sit regularly. I know how hard it is to leave my babies, so I am glad for the opportunity to help others rest at ease when their pets are in my good and loving hands when they are away. I miss my pet sitting babies from Chicago who knew my home as their vacation resort - but look forward to getting to know some TN pets to love on! I offer in home or at home care. I carry pet sitting Insurance. I also keep in touch with owners - by sending them photos and updates via text.:o)

I hired Jennifer to pet sit and groom my 7-year-old shih tzu. He has some separation anxiety and socialization issues and displays fear behavior, yet he loves Jennifer and curls right up in her lap! Jennifer is such a kind, nurturing, and patient caregiver. She understands his problems and works with him at his pace rather than against him. Not only does she walk him regularly but she also cleans up when he leaves accidents in the house! She always keeps me up-to-date on what he's doing via text message and she keeps a detailed log of his visit for me to read when I come home from work. I recommend Jennifer to anyone, especially those who have busy schedules and need someone consistent and reliable to care for their animals.
