About Jennifer

Hi, My name is Jen. I'm currently an undergrad. student at the University of Michigan. I've always been passionate about helping children grow & develop, which is why I decided to become a childcare provider. I'm a friendly, creative, & imaginative individual who loves playing games with children, both educational & physical. I have some college coursework in early child development. Volunteering in an elementary school with 3rd grade students as a math tutor. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open & regular communication. I'm happy to provide verbal updates at pickup, send regular text or phone call updates, or follow any preferred communication method the parents may have. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe environment for the children. I have two year of experience as a childcare provider, & I'm comfortable caring for 1-2 children at a time. I'm willing to help with light housekeeping tasks, and I speak both English & Spanish.
