I have 15 years of experience using earth friendly products and working with all types of homes. All supplies are included in pricing. I love animals and would be happy to let out, feed and water your pet while I am there. My prices are based off square footage. - 10 cents/sq ft for weekly, bi-weekly and monthly appointments. ($125 minimum). -20 cents/sq ft for one time, spring and deep cleans ($150 minimum). Full window washing is not included but I will always touch up any smudges or fingerprints I see. All cleans include high and low dusting, mirrors, wood polishing, bathrooms, kitchen, tables, countertops, baseboards and floors. We can also discuss any particular tasks you would like done such as changing beds or laundry. I will be relocating from Syracuse to Latham and accepting new clients beginning in March!
