We've worked with Jen for over a year and a half as a full time nanny for our 2yo. He loves his "JJ" as he calls her and is excited every morning when she arrives. I'd recommend Jen as a full-time or part-time nanny to other families. She's great with young kids and helping around the house with chores or running errands. We only moved on from using Jen as a full-time nanny because we had another child and have extended maternity leave.
