About Jennifer

I have worked with kids for over 20 years! I have 4 beautiful kiddos of my own! I started my career on a military base in Las Vegas. There, I gained the foundation of my education in working with children. I was taught high standards that kept the child and his or her growth a priority. From there, I worked at numerous daycares that taught me how child care should NOT look. I took those lessons and applied them when I once again worked for the military in the school age program. While working at the school age program, I worked hard on refining my skills and developing myself to be a great leader for the children in my care. While I have a tougher military side that encourages children to step outside of their comfort zone to grow, I am also super playful and very crafty with the kiddos. I enjoy watching each child I work with grow and develop into the sweet little person they were meant to be.
