Jenni was a dream to work with, and I can’t recommend her highly enough! I only wish we lived closer so we could work with her regularly. We had never used this service before, and our daughter had only received care from family members and a nanny share group back home. We were initially apprehensive about hiring a ‘stranger’ for our trip, but from our first interaction, she put us at ease. She’s super responsive, bright, and friendly. She asked great questions to prepare, arrived on time, and connected with our child quickly. She came prepared with a variety of constructive, age-appropriate activities. She is engaging and excellent at play. Around our hotel, I saw other caregivers disengaging on their phones, and I felt so lucky that Jenni was absolutely not that type! She’s a lovely, responsible individual, and I would trust her without hesitation.
