Jennifer has been a wonderful support for my father, who suffers from dementia and lives alone. He can be resistant to a lot of help, so Jennifer is very patient and takes her cues from him. She also has quite a bit of experience and offered lots of suggestions for things we could do to improve his living arrangements to be safer. She's very kind and easy to communicate with. Recommend!
