About Jennifer

I've been a childcare provider for 15 years because nurturing children's growth and development is my passion. My previous baby roles as a lead preschool teacher for 11 years and Director for almost 5 years were positive experiences that reinforced my desire to make a positive impact on children. I'm patient, calm, creative, imaginative, and friendly, and my communication style with parents is open and honest. I follow their preferred communication method and provide verbal updates at pickup. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I'm very comfortable doing so. I believe in setting boundaries and expectations for children to ensure their safety and well-being. My favorite games to play with children are outdoor sports, physical games, board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I'm a certified teacher with early childhood education coursework, and I hold current certifications in First Aid Training, CPR Training, and Child Development Associate (CDA).
