I've been working with kids for most of my life but only as a para for over a year now. I am CPI and Safety care certified and love to get to know what motivates kids to help them to succeed. I work alongside my students, finding creative ways to help them gain the skills, tools and lessons that they will need to use throughout their lives. My biggest flaw, is that I sometimes overplan (doing more work for myself than needed) and that I overcommunicate/am too outgoing
