About Jennifer

I'd describe my personality as empathetic, honest and kind. I like caring for seniors because it is rewarding to help them and give them purpose. So many times I see they aren't heard or listened to. They still have feelings even at their age, that doesn't change things. I love to be there and try to improve the quality of life they have left to live. I'm looking for a job that I can show seniors what excellent care should be. I started caring for seniors when I was in my early 20s for my Grandpa. Then again when my mom was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's. Since then I have worked in home care, small facility managing a team of up to 10 caregivers over 7yrs. In my spare time, I like to watch movies, spend time with friends, camping and road trips. One thing you should know about me is I am kind, honest and dependable. My skills include companionship, doctors appt, med management.
