About Jennifer

CPR/AED certified I am a biological sciences major at ASU graduating with honors this December! I like working with kids because I love seeing their creative side and being able to celebrate them in their victories. I also enjoy helping kids grow in any way possible. I started working with kids when I was around 12 years old being a mothers helper, then started babysitting neighbors around ages 14 and 15. Ages 16-18 before leaving for college I worked at a summer camp taking care of children ages 4-12, and babysat for different families as well as some overnight babysitting. In my spare time, I like to hang out with my friends especially doing things outdoors like going to the pool or going on hikes. I also enjoy reading and watching my comfort shows! My skills include creating and encouraging age-appropriate creative games and activities, maintain discipline by implementing conflict-resolution protocols, use of empathy, humor, and discipline to gain the respect of the child.
