I wanted to take a moment to address a recent review about Jen's caregiving services. As someone who has had the privilege of working with Jen, I feel it’s important to share my perspective, especially for anyone considering her care services. Jen took care of my father during his battle with cancer, providing excellent care during a difficult and emotional time. Although her hours with us were short, her dedication and compassion were evident from the very beginning. Jen’s professional approach and warmth led us to request that she transition into live-in care, a clear reflection of the trust and respect we had for her work. I can honestly say that Jen went above and beyond, providing not only physical care but also emotional support to both my father and our family. The recent negative review doesn’t reflect the quality of care Jen provides or the positive impact she has had on my family.
