About Jennifer

I started working with kids from as early as age 8. I worked at a horse camp for a couple years where I taught young children how to ride and handle such big animals. I am also the oldest child of three (6 & 15). Volunteering at the clinic has allowed me to tend to many children! While I don't have a particular 'hobby', I am always up to something. Whether that is cozied up with a book, creative writing, painting, drawing, tending to my cats and dogs (fun fact I have 7 pets), or gardening. I love to be involved with something, typically creativity oriented. One thing you should know about me is that I can deal with a mess! I was raised on a farm, so I can get my hands dirty. My skills include communication; I love to converse with children, I especially love their imaginations. Patience, I'd name this as my specialty as I've grown up in a busy household. And organization, I like to stick to a schedule.
