One of Jennifer’s strengths is her communication. We received her schedule for her other career 2-3 months in advance so that we could schedule around it accordingly. (August/September is a busy time with her other commitment) She also kept a care log notebook to communicate things like meals, naps, and diapers during her time with our son. She is very knowledgeable on all things baby development!
