If your family has a loved one in need of care and Jennifer is available, hire her! She is compassionate, self starting, works very well with hospice if needed, and has other resources to help you should you need it. My Parkinson’s / dementia father has been able to stay in a home like situation largely because of Jennifer’s ability to interact with him and keep him safe. This spring when we transfer my dad to memory care, I’m certain that even in the facility we won’t have the conscientiousness that Jennifer provided my father and our family.
