Just a little info about me... I'm 44yo and have a 19yo daughter. I have 10+ years experience in actual senior home health care. But have worked hands on with seniors for 17 years in prior jobs. I've worked in Ophthalmology and Optometry where a lot of my patients were elderly. I absolutely thrived in my position as a technician. I loved helping people and started an assistance program to get free medications for my patients who were living on a fixed income. The last 6 years I've had 5 clients whom I've done in home care for. I've done everything from bathing, cooking, feeding, running errands, housekeeping, reading to, administered medications and anything else the client/family requested. I have experience with Dementia, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's Disease. Above all I'm very dependable, loyal, compassionate, understanding and extremely patient. And patience is an absolute must in this field and I'm truly blessed with it. I'll care for your loved one as I do my parents/grandparents.
