I hired Jennifer for her extensive portfolio. She started with us In October 2022 and was kind and sweet. Once November began she quickly started complaining. She didn't do any chores in the house other then wash dishes here and there. Complaining about her finances and asking for loans became a habit. She was paid for snow days, as well as days that I called out. If she was addressed or questioned about something unusual she would quickly claim to be victimized and portray herself as unaware of things. She used my laundry room to wash her clothes without permission. If my son wanted a lazy day, she would quickly complain. She was caught on footage holding her stance while pushing my 3 year old with her hand into the bedroom for time out. Her patience is low and she was relieved of her Nanny position for speaking unprofessionally and showing no gratitude for all that had been provided for her. A large and sad disappointment for us.
