Jennifer is a kind and generous person who handles a patients needs with a knowledgeable and gentle touch. She is also concerned with the impact of the situation on the family. My father was uncomfortable with the idea of a caregiver that was not his wife but Jenn put him at ease very quickly. She also spent time talking to us about his care, listening to our observations and concerns. Mom often says Jenn saved her sanity. We all looked forward to her visits, even our dogs watched the door for her arrival.
