About Jennifer

I started my journey as an Older Adult Caregiver at the age of 16 in a skilled nursing facility, immediately after graduating from high school. I then pursued my college education, which further enriched my understanding and skills. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals from diverse ages, backgrounds, and life circumstances, which has fostered my open-mindedness and deepened my appreciation for the impact of personal experiences in delivering exceptional, person-centered care. I firmly believe that compassion, empathy, and understanding are the cornerstones of effective caregiving. Trust, respect, and dignity are essential in addressing the unique needs of those I serve, and I prioritize the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of each individual in my care.
