I am interested in assisting seniors with healthy nutrition, meal prep, errands, doctors' appointments, and light house cleaning, etc. I have 6+ years of experience as a senior in-home caregiver. I recently graduated with a Bachelor's in dietetics and nutrition this Spring. As a nutritionist, I specialize in senior nutrition and meal prep which includes grocery shopping.
