Jennifer was a wonderful help with my 7-year-old stepchild. He was diagnosed with ADHD recently and struggles with staying on task and listening to his body (forgetting when he needs to go to the bathroom). He's a great kid, but he can be very hard himself. Jennifer was so patient with him and gave him a consistent schedule to help him know when to take breaks and check in with how he's feeling. She was also stern but constructive whenever he would make mistakes. We've hired her on multiple occasions, and although he's able to attend the after school program now, she just provides a kind of one-on-one care that you can't replace, and we'll definitely be hiring her again.
