Jennifer cared from my father in law for 2.5 months. My father in law had a knee injury and was unable to mobilize. She came in and devised a care plan based on his needs. She was extremely courteous, caring and balanced caregiver. She would always arrive in time, made a plan for the day. She would make sure my father in law received his medications , bathed him, motivated him to walk and exercise. She took care of his laundry on her own, made his bed, massaged his feet. She took care of his urine soaked clothes, wiped and cleaned him with a smile on her face. Jennifer would make sure his laundry was done, bed made and he was comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and understands the importance of preventing falls and infections. She is a great team player and makes sure to give detailed sign outs to other caregivers and the family. She does not flinch if she has to stay a little longer for the patient. She never raises her voice and is always polite and caring. My father in law improved under her care and was able to walk again without support. I would hire her again in a heartbeat if we need help again.
