I interviewed Jennifer, and she made a great impression and was great with my baby. She tried out for the day, and said she was interested in the job, but then she left for lunch just didn't come back. No call, text, or anything. No response to my messages asking where she was. If she wasn't interested I'd hope for at least just minimal communication via a simple text, email, or call.
