About Jenna

I like caring for people because it's rewarding and I am a nurturing person at heart. I feel it is my duty to care for people in this life and would like to return to healthcare part-time as I finish my degree. I started caring for seniors when I was 15, working in a rehabilitation center. From there I worked as a resident aide in a dementia care unit and learned a lot about caring for people with neurological disorders. I got my CNA shortly after and moved to work in a hospital and ER. I'm all I gained 12 years of experience in the healthcare field before leaving to care for my own family. In my spare time, I like to garden, hike, take college classes part-time, read, and go on road trips. I volunteered for Hospice in Northern Colorado during my free time the past five years. My skills include hospice care, vital signs, giving medications and help with bathing and dressing. I have experience in many areas and am quick to learn new skills as needed.
