About Jenna Van Beek

My name is Jenna, I'm 29 and am happily married and have the most amazing 7-year-old daughter! I have a little over a years experience (working with my 91-year-old grandmother) doing things such as light house work, meal prep, grocery shopping, and driving and assisting to appointments (doctors/beauty salon/physical gherapy etc.) We like to try to do daily walks as well, whether permitting. Not to mention the fun shopping sprees when needed/wanted, lunch outs and simply driving around and enjoying how beautiful Oregon is. I like to believe I am a big help with keeping a positive mood by simply being a good companion with a listening ear or enjoying a card game, puzzle or coloring or even just sitting and relaxing to a movie. Or any other activity that sounds enjoyable! I'm very adaptable and easily go with the flow, as I know not only for seniors, but having a Kid of my own, how every day is different and to take it one day at a time!
