I am a direct care staff for St Fillans. I work with adults with all types of disabilities, including mental, physical, and developmental. Depending on the level of care the participants need, I routinely de-escalate situations, redirect when necessary, assist with ADLs, and provide light housekeeping. I also have my medication aide certificate, so I am able to administer medications. I always enjoy spending time with my participants and love interacting with them.
