About Katie

Hello Parents! My name is Katie and I'm a mid-twenties professional living in BK, who unfortunately got laid off recently. I want to be transparent that I'm looking for either part or full-time work, date nights, side gigs, etc. for an indefinite period depending on the current job market and my hunt, so if you're seeking a long-term commitment, I may not be the best fit for your family. That being said, I started babysitting 16 years ago when I was still a kid, and I always come back because I love it so much. I've cared for 100+ kids of varying ages, ranging from newborns to young teenagers. I enjoy creating an enriching and nurturing environment while having fun and I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty! I'm conscientious about being present and don't hang out on my phone and I don't put kids in front of a screen all day. I love to play, dance, sing, read, make crafts, and enjoy fresh air.
