About Jenna

As an experienced caregiver, I am passionate about supporting families and providing reliable childcare services. With two years of experience and currently pursuing graduate studies in Child and Adolescent Therapy at DePaul University, I have a deep understanding of children's needs and the importance of creating safe and productive environments for them to thrive. My patient and engaged approach allows me to connect with children and build a trusting relationship with them. I believe in completely transparent communication with parents and provide regular updates on their child's day through written daily reports or other preferred communication methods. I am comfortable enforcing household rules as guided by the parents and enjoy playing various games with children, including board games, puzzles, educational games, and technology-based apps.
