I am going to college to be a teacher and have took multiple internships with kids. I have experience with babies, toddlers, early education and also elementary education. In middle school I was a neighborhood babysitter. My Junior year I had an internship with an Occupational Therapist at Hayshire Elementary school, working with Kindergarten through Third grade. The beginning of my Senior year I was teaching in a pre-school class that my High School provides working with three to 5-year-old. I am now doing an internship with fourth, fifth and sixth graders doing small group math sessions and occasionally teaching a regular classroom with a teacher. I know how to have fun but also know when things need to be serious and when it's time to get things done. I love all kids and have experience with all age groups.
