I'd describe my personality as organized, outgoing, patient I like working with kids because it's a pleasure to see them develop, and providing childcare is an essential part of helping my community. I understand the sad reality that parents cannot be there all the time. I'm looking for a job with guaranteed hours, ideally a growing family with a newborn. Where we can go for outings, do developmentally appropriate activities. I started working with kids when I was in college. 12 years ago. I've been in childcare with infants and toddlers since.
